25-4-63. Custody and visitation disputes--Appointment of parenting coordinator.In any custody or visitation dispute between parents, the court may appoint a parenting coordinator to assist the parents in resolving contested issues. The Supreme Court may promulgate rules pursuant to §16-3-1 to prescribe the authority, duties, appointment, and compensation of parenting coordinators. Source: SL 2008, ch 124, §1.
