25-4A-29. Commission on Parenting Time Guidelines--Creation--Duties.The Supreme Court shall, commencing in the year 2021, establish quadrennially a Commission on Parenting Time Guidelines. The commission shall review the standard parenting guidelines outlined in § 25-4A-10 and shall report its findings and recommendations to the Supreme Court, Governor and the Legislature no later than October 1 of the year in which it is appointed.
