25-7A-31. Order for withholding--Contents.The order for withholding shall direct any payor to withhold:(1)An amount equal to the order for support; and(2)An additional amount not less than ten percent of the order for support, until payment in full of any delinquency. Source: SL 1986, ch 218, §30.
