25-7A-56.11. Title IV-D agency as payee.In any case in which any Title IV-D agency is providing child support enforcement or income withholding services, the Title IV-D agency may direct any obligor or other payor to change the payee to the Title IV-D agency, or other appropriate entity. The Department of Social Services may also redirect support payments as allowed by this section to meet the requirements of §25-7A-3.2.
