26-6-14.7. Transfer of criminal record clearance when changing employment.For the purposes of compliance with §§26-6-14.3 to 26-6-14.7, inclusive, the department shall permit an individual to transfer a current criminal record clearance, as defined in §26-6-14.3, from one facility to another when changing employment.
