Exemption of program from zoning, building and fire and life safety codes.A county or municipality may exempt a day care program from its zoning, uniform building, and fire and life safety code provisions if the day care program is accessory to a church, nonprofit youth organization, hospital, public or private school, commercial building, or office building.
