26-6-44. Relief available for successful claim or defense.Any person who successfully asserts a claim or defense pursuant to §§26-6-36 to 26-6-50, inclusive, may recover the following:(1)Declaratory relief;(2)Injunctive relief to prevent or remedy a violation of the provisions of §§26-6-36 to 26-6-50, inclusive, or the effects of that violation; and(3)Any other relief authorized by law.
