26-6-53 . Findings of abuse or neglect--Report. If the monitor has reasonable cause to suspect that a youth under the age of eighteen has been abused or neglected as defined in § 26-8A-2 , the monitor shall immediately report that information to the Division of Child Protection of the Department of Social Services.
