Proceedings not admissible in criminal or civil action against child.No adjudication, disposition, or evidence given in any proceedings under this chapter or chapter 26-8A, 26-8B, or 26-8C is admissible against a child in any criminal, civil, or other proceeding, except in subsequent proceedings under this chapter and related chapter 26-8C regarding the delinquency of the same child and in subsequent criminal proceedings concerning the same child for sentencing purposes.
