26-7A-107.2. Violation of order of protection as a misdemeanor.If an order of protection is granted pursuant to this chapter, and the person whose conduct is to be restrained or otherwise controlled knows or has reason to know of the order, a violation of the order is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
