Bond to secure court appearance of child in need of supervision or delinquent child.Any alleged child in need of supervision or alleged delinquent child who is the subject of proceedings under this chapter or chapter 26-8B or 26-8C may give bond or other security for the child's appearance before the court according to the order of the court.
