Disposition of recovery on bond.Any money collected or paid upon any execution issued pursuant to §26-9-16 or in any case upon such bond shall be turned over to the clerk of the court, to be applied first to the payment of all court costs and then to the care or maintenance of the child or children for whose dependency such conviction was had, in such manner and upon such terms as the court may direct. If any such money so collected be unnecessary for the purposes last mentioned, it shall be turned over within one year to the treasurer of the county. Source: SDC 1939, §43.0404.
