Acceptance and expenditure of funds--Approval.The Department of Corrections may accept and expend for the purpose of §26-11A-1, any funds which it may obtain from federal sources, gifts, contributions, or any other source, provided such acceptance and expenditure is approved in accordance with chapter 4-8B.
