26-11A-33.1. Confidential report of allegations of abuse and neglect within private contracted facilities.The secretary of the Department of Corrections shall compile a confidential report of all allegations of abuse and neglect of individuals under the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrections within private contracted facilities.
