Age limit for placement of child sentenced as adult into juvenile facility--Affect on status.A child under the age of eighteen years who has been sentenced as an adult felon to a term of imprisonment in a state correctional facility may be placed in a Department of Corrections juvenile facility by the secretary of corrections.
