Transfer of juvenile after initial placement.After the juvenile's initial placement pursuant to §26-11A-8, the secretary of corrections may transfer a juvenile to a different Department of Corrections facility or program, the Human Services Center, detention, shelter, or a group home, group care center, residential treatment center, or other community-based services.
