Notice to parents that information integrated into computer.Whenever a law enforcement agency integrates information about a missing child into the national crime information center computer, the law enforcement agency shall promptly notify the missing child's parents, custodial parent, guardian, or legal custodian, or any other person responsible for the missing child, of that action.
