27A-13-14. Collection of delinquent accounts--Credit to general fund.If any account has been delinquent for six months or more, the Department of Social Services shall notify the attorney general which shall be responsible for collecting the delinquent moneys by any legal means available.All amounts collected shall be deposited to the credit of the general fund.
