27A-15-15.5. Finding of hearing as to minor's residence--Parent's residence--Reopening hearing.A county board of mental illness holding a hearing pertaining to a minor's objection to admission to an inpatient psychiatric facility shall enter a finding regarding the minor's county of residence or a finding that the minor is not a resident of this state. A minor's county of residence shall be the same as his parent's county of residence. A determination of a parent's county of residence shall be based on the criteria of §28-13-3. If the minor's parents reside in different counties, the minor's county of residence shall be the same as the parent the minor most recently lived with.A hearing may be reopened with respect to the board's determination of a minor's county of residence under the requirements of §27A-11A-14.Additionally, the provisions of §§27A-11A-15 to 27A-11A-17, inclusive, apply to this section.
