27B-3-31. Application to pay less than normal charges.Any person in the facility may apply to the secretary of the Department of Human Services to pay less than the per diem rate. On receipt of such application, the secretary shall determine the ability of the person in the facility to pay all or a part of the applicable charge. Source: SL 2000, ch 131, §33.
