27B-3-40. Monthly certification of charges to counties--Payments to state.Any charges to a county under §27B-3-35 shall be certified each month by the secretary of the Department of Human Services to the county auditor. The billing shall include an itemized listing of charges. The billing shall be sent to county auditors no later than the fifth day of the month. Upon receiving the billing, the county shall pay the amount due to the state remittance center within the time period established by chapter 4-3. Source: SL 2000, ch 131, §42.
