Consultation with family and interdisciplinary team before transfer to another state.The Department of Human Services, upon recommendation of the person's interdisciplinary team, shall consult with the person with a developmental disability and that person's immediate family or guardian regarding any proposed transfer from a facility of this state to a facility of another state pursuant chapter 27A-6.
