28-1-12. Office space and equipment provided for department by county commissioners.Upon request of the Department of Social Services, the boards of county commissioners of the several counties of this state may provide and maintain adequate office space and equipment for the department in their respective counties including all of the incidental expenses thereof, except for the salaries and travel expenses of the employees of the department.
