§ 28-13-20-1

28-13-20.1. Regular county employees not replaced by poor relief applicants--Maximum hours of work.No person required to perform labor or other services under §28-13-20 shall be used to replace any regular employee of the county. No such person shall be required to work more than eight hours in a day nor more than forty hours in a week. Source: SL 1976, ch 173, §12.
