28-13A-14. Disposition of contested claims.The catastrophic county poor relief board shall issue the final decision on any claim contested under this chapter. A county may appeal the decision to the circuit court within thirty days after the date the county receives a written copy of the final decision. Source: SL 1996, ch 186.
