3-6D-18. Assistance of agencies--Agency level procedures.Each agency shall adhere to, and assist the human resources commissioner in administering the provisions of this chapter. An agency may formulate agency level procedures within the limitations of those rules promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26 by the commission or the human resources commissioner.
