3-6D-23. Probationary period--Dismissal without cause.A person upon accepting civil service employment with any agency covered by this chapter shall be placed on a probationary period. For a law enforcement officer, the probationary period shall be twelve months. For all other civil service employment, the probationary period shall be six months.
