3-9-12. Household moving allowance--State hiring--Eligibility and amount.For the purpose of assisting in the recruitment of new state employees, a person being recruited, if the person is not a current state employee, may receive a household moving allowance for moving greater than fifty miles to the person's headquarter duty station in the same manner and amount as established in §3-9-9 for the transfer of state employees.
