Fee-generating state agencies to pay employer contributions--Report.Any and all state agencies, regulatory boards, and commissions whose administrative costs are paid by fees derived by activities of such boards, commissions, or agencies, as authorized by state law to carry on such activities, shall at a time and manner as the administrator may require report to the administrator the wages paid their employees and shall remit to the administrator a sum of money which equals the contributions due with such report.
