3-12C-107. Disability defined.The term, disability or disabled, means any medically determinable physical or mental impairment that prevents a member from performing the member's usual duties for the member's employer, even with accommodations, or performing the duties of a comparable level position for the member's employer. The term excludes any condition resulting from a willful, self-inflicted injury. Source: SL 2019, ch 22, §5.
