3-12C-1605. Previously retired members paid from consolidated fund.Notwithstanding the repeal on July 1, 1974, of chapters 3-12; 3-13; 9-15; 13-45; certain provisions of chapter 16-8; chapter 16-11A, and certain provisions of chapter 33-13, persons retired under those programs, and teachers retired under the provisions of chapter 51 of the Session Laws of 1939, as amended, who retired pursuant to that act prior to July 1, 1951, and beneficiaries of deceased retirees of those programs, to the extent they are being paid benefits on July 1, 1974, shall be secured in the benefits provided by those provisions from the fund established pursuant to this chapter.
