3-12C-1620. Retirement benefits for certain city of Aberdeen employees.To determine the retirement benefits of Aberdeen ambulance attendants, campus security officers, and court services officers, for credited service earned prior to July 1, 1993, the benefits shall be calculated pursuant to §3-12C-1106 and for credited service after June 30, 1993, the benefits shall be calculated pursuant to §3-12C-1107.
