3-12C-1641. Election by municipality of Sioux Falls to be participating unit. Notwithstanding the provisions of §3-12C-306, any employee of the municipality of Sioux Falls who begins working after June 30, 2013, as a full-time employee shall be a member of the system if the municipality of Sioux Falls elects to be a participating unit by a duly passed resolution of its governing body.
