3-12C-605. Uncollected payments from system--Reversion.If any payment from the system remains uncollected, the payment shall revert to the system and all rights to the payment shall terminate, if the system has made reasonable efforts to notify the person entitled to the payment of the person's right to the payment and the effect of this section.
