3-12C-708. Time of termination of benefits.Monthly benefits paid to a member cease on the last day of the month in which the member died. Monthly benefits paid to a surviving spouse cease on the last day of the month in which the surviving spouse died. Monthly benefits paid to a child cease on the last day of the month in which the child died or the last day of the month in which the child became ineligible, whichever occurs first.
