Definitions.The terms 'office,' 'officer,' 'executive,' and 'administrative,' when used in §3-14-3 or 3-14-4 mean and apply to any executive or administrative officer of the state; to any county, municipality, township, or school district; and to any district, board, bureau, commission, department, or other body or office, exercising executive or administrative powers as part of the government, or any arm of the government, of the state.
