Keeping office or property at unauthorized place as misdemeanor.No state, county, township, or precinct officer in this state shall keep his office, or keep any books, papers, records, or other property belonging thereto, at any place other than that prescribed by law. Any state, county, township, or precinct officer violating this section is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
