3-18-6. Promulgation of rules of procedure for elections and negotiations.The secretary of labor and regulation shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to carry out the provisions of §§3-18-4, 3-18-5, and 3-18-8.1. The rules shall specify:(1)The procedure to be used for the election to determine representation for formal recognition; and(2)The procedure to follow if negotiations reach an impasse.
