3-20-5. Application for reduced tuition--Rules by Board of Regents.Any employee of the state desiring the benefits of this chapter shall make application to the Board of Regents. The Board of Regents shall determine whether the person is entitled to the benefits of this chapter. The Board of Regents may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to accomplish the purposes of this chapter. Source: SL 1986, ch 28, §5.
