31-12-7. Division of system into sections--Recording in county road book or database.The county highway superintendent shall maintain in a county road book or database a complete record of the divisions of the county highway system into sections, each section being designated by some appropriate number, name, or letter, and the starting point and terminus of each section being clearly designated at length.
