Removal of baled or stacked foliage from right-of-way--Violation as petty offense.If the right-of-way of a township road has been mowed and the cut foliage has been baled or stacked in the right-of-way, the person owning the baled or stacked foliage shall remove the bales or stacks from the right-of-way by the first day of November.
