Progress reports by county highway superintendent--Partial payments on contracts.The county highway superintendent shall report to the board of county commissioners every thirty days, or so often as they may require, as to the progress and character of the work done by the contractor of each bridge, or piece of work built by the county, and upon the report of said superintendent, partial payments in the amounts and manner specified for each particular bridge or piece of work shall be made.
