County line bridges--Cost-sharing provisions not applicable where apportionment contract made.Where counties have heretofore, by mutual agreement, apportioned the boundary road and bridges between such counties, the provisions of §§31-14-38 and 31-14-39 shall not be applicable to such roads and bridges.
