Township boundary line highways--Resolution calling for contribution.The board of supervisors of an organized township, to be called, moving townships, may by resolution declare the necessity of the construction, improvement, or repairing of a township boundary line highway and call upon an adjoining organized township with which said highway forms a common boundary line, to contribute equally to the cost of such construction, improvement, or repair.
