31-19-49. Financial assistance to persons displaced by highway acquisition.If federal funds are available for payment of direct financial assistance to persons displaced by highway acquisition, the Department of Transportation, any board of county commissioners, or any county highway board may match such federal funds to the extent provided by federal regulation as of February3, 2005.
