31-26-7. Telephone lines--Compliance with other statutes. Any person engaged in or about to engage in the furnishing of telephone service shall comply with the provisions of § 49-31-20. Nothing in §§31-26-1 to 31-26-6, inclusive, may be construed to limit the rights granted by §49-32-1 to telecommunications companies.
