§ 31-29-67-1

31-29-67.1. Maintenance of signs.All signs subject to provisions of this chapter shall be maintained structurally safe, clean, and in good repair by the sign owner. Violations are subject to the provisions of this chapter. Source: SL 1991, ch 235, §4.
