Lost, stolen, or mutilated Dignity sculpture plate.If a Dignity sculpture license plate is lost, mutilated, or destroyed, the owner of the registered vehicle may obtain a duplicate set of plates upon filing an affidavit showing the fact the license plate was lost, mutilated, or destroyed and after paying a ten dollar fee to the department.
