Dealers participating in driver education program--Application to department--Fee--Violation as misdemeanor.Any motor vehicle dealer who participates in the driver education program in the schools of the state by furnishing any school with a motor vehicle used in the program, shall upon application to the department and payment of a fee of four dollars, receive from the department a public school corporation license plate for the operation of the vehicle upon the highways of the state. A violation of this section is a Class 1 misdemeanor. The fee shall be deposited in the license plate special revenue fund.
