32-7A-16. Sales on consignment--Title requirements.Any mobile home or manufactured home sold on consignment under the provisions of this chapter, shall have a saleable title from the current owner. The title shall be transferred and recorded at the time of each sale. Source: SL 1984, ch 223, §16.
